Handy Heart Potholders
Impress friends with cheery potholders. They are easy to make, look great hanging up and can be used as trivets. They are fancier than other potholders. Helpful to take the pan out of the oven. Make your heart and mail it to a friend!
Supplies: (enough for 4 potholders)
1/2 yard 100% cotton fabric
1/2 yard coordinating fabric for lining
1/2 yard cotton batting for pot holders
1 package extra wide double fold bias tape
Thread to match
1-1/2 yards cording
1 yard 1/4" wide ribbon to hang potholder
Fray Check
Rotary cutter & other sewing supplies
Walking foot is recommended
Optional- cardboard or plastic to make template of patterns
