Shipping & Returns Lyle's Fabrics, Crafts & Gifts offers free shipping on all orders over $100.00. We also offer shipping at 15% of the total order cost (with a minimum shipping cost of $6.50) within the continental United States. This shipping method is not available for Alaskan, Hawaiian or international orders . We offer standard UPS shipping methods as well. We give you the choice of which shipping method you want to use, so you can use the method that makes sense for you. International orders will be shipped using the most reasonable rate available. As rates vary, we will be in contact with international customers upon receipt of orders. All orders will be shipped as soon as the order has been processed. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item or if an item has been backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. Delivery times depend on the method of shipping you choose. We take all steps necessary to deliver your order as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. Lyle's Fabrics, Crafts & Gifts offers a 100% Satisfaction on all orders. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund or exchange minus any shipping charges on original shipment except in the case that Lyle's sent the wrong item or items. All returned items must be received in new condition and all return postage is paid by customer.
